Benefits You Can Get
The nurses we recruit receive the same benefits as all Registered Nurses who work for the NHS. On arrival, nurses will be entitled to Band 3 nurse benefits. Once they pass the OSCE exams and become UK Registered Nurses (usually within 3 months after arrival), they qualify for Band 5 or above benefits.
Each hospital provides tutoring and allocates the time needed for nurses to pass the OSCE examinations.
